Tip of the Week

  • Know the difference between being disciplined and having self discipline.

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 08/19/2024

  • Listening is just the beginning.

    Senior Professor Tony Potter 8/12/2024

  • Teamwork, helps the dream work.

    Kenpo 5.0 student Lane Colson - 07/15/2024

  • A dull blade cuts nothing but yourself.

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 07/08/2024

  • Humility is not a weakness. It is the ultimate strength

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 07/01/2024

  • Allow your line to cut through the circles and be willing to sometimes use your circles to straighten your line.

    Senior Professor Tony Potter 06/24/2024

  • Yes You Can!! If it matters to you enough, you can achieve anything!

    Senior Professor Tony Potter 06/17/2024

  • You Matter! We all go through moments in life of feeling empty, as if we do not matter. Well, you do! You matter to someone!

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 06/10/2024

  • Do it again. Just because it has been done before, does not mean that it does not need to be done again. Do it again!

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 06/03/2024

  • Learn how to use parries, not just physically, but verbally and emotionally as well.

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 05/20/2024

  • “Just Keep Swimming” In the show, finding Nemo, Dory’s famous line “just keep swimming “, has a lot more meaning to it than just swimming. Sometimes in life you really have to just keep on going, keep pushing through the problems that are put in front of you, and never give up. Just keep swimming.

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 05/13/2024

  • Stop being sorry! Constantly saying the phrase, “I am sorry”, becomes way too easy. Don't be sorry, just fix it.

Senior Professor Tony Potter - 05/06/2024

  • Keep Smiling. Even when you hurt, even when you are tired keep smiling. Smiling is an amazing way to strengthen your facial muscles, hopefully giving you an iron jaw. There is an old saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I like, a smile a day keeps depression away.
